Free Shipping -

• Shipping is FREE in the Continental US
• Shipments outside US please call 1-970-531-3905 or email sales@1000sofrugs.com for a competitive rate quote
• Rugs are shipped via UPS
• All rugs are 1st quality and inspected before shipping
• We only ship to the billing address on the credit card to residential or businesses addresses– NO PO boxes.  If needed, call your credit card company and have them include your home address as a secondary address on the card.

Return Policy -

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rug, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for our money back guarantee.

• If returned, customer is responsible for shipping both ways.  We will deduct the price of shipping from the refund.
• NO money back guarantee after 14 days of receiving the goods.
• We will not accept any returned rugs that have been damaged.
• Custom-made rugs are not covered under this return policy.  We stand by all of our products, so please contact us to discuss any issues.
• BEFORE RETURNING - you must first call or email for a return authorization number.  We do not accept CODs.
