Uncoffered Gul is another of the 5 major classical designs from East Turkestan. A pattern of uncoffered, or unframed, Guls make up the field area. Guls are stylized flowers, in this case probably chrysanthemums. The border consists of repeating stem systems with clusters of three small rosettes.

This hand knotted classical Chinese rugs using 100% natural dyes and superior quality hand spun wool with finishing procedures to ensure a genuine antique look and feel to the carpet.
